Because a lawyer works at Hardt Advocaten, Hardt Advocaten is required to have a firm manual in accordance with the requirements of the Netherlands Bar Association (NOvA). In accordance with the Dutch Bar Association Regulations (Voda) and the Dutch Bar Association Regulations (Roda), the firm manual describes the firm's working methods that apply when a Hardt lawyer acts on behalf of a client.
