Your role
As Office Manager at Hardt Advocaten, you'll be the linchpin of our organization. You'll ensure the smooth running of daily office processes and support our lawyers and legal professionals in their work. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to a professional and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Communications management: coordinating incoming telephone calls and emails, and ensuring correct and timely forwarding.
- Agenda management: planning, monitoring, and coordinating appointments and meetings for our lawyers and legal professionals.
- Document management: editing and managing legal documents and files.
- Client reception: providing a professional and hospitable welcome to clients and relations.
- Organization & Events: Coordinating internal meetings, external gatherings, and office-wide events.
- Facilitair & kantoorbeheer: verantwoordelijk voor kantoorbenodigdheden, contractbeheer met leveranciers en het onderhouden van een representatieve werkomgeving.
- Management support: support with reporting, HR processes and operational issues.
Profile
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably in an administrative, legal or business administration field.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the legal sector.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office; an affinity for learning new systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and prioritization.
- Representative and professional in communication, with the ability to switch smoothly between colleagues, clients and external parties.
