Your role

Als juridisch ondersteunend medewerker bij Hardt Advocaten speel je een cruciale rol binnen ons team door effectieve ondersteuning te bieden aan onze advocaten en juristen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan administratieve en secretariële taken die essentieel zijn voor het vloeiend laten verlopen van onze juridische processen.

Responsibilities

• Communications Management: Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and emails, and ensure timely referrals within the organization.
• Agenda management: Proactively schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments and meetings for multiple attorneys and legal professionals.
• Document management: Drafting, editing and maintaining legal documents and files.
• Client Reception: Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors.
• Event organization: Coordinating both internal and external events, from small meetings to large corporate events.
• Facilities Management: Facility tasks, including managing office supplies and ensuring a tidy, professional office environment.

Profile

• WO work and thinking level in a relevant legal field.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software programs.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with our clients.
